AI Performance Marketing Specialist (AU Client) We are a global leader in electrical power engineering design software, trusted by professionals and businesses worldwide. About the Role We seek a proactive Performance Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize AI-powered digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and software sales. This is a hands‑on role for someone passionate about data‑driven growth, who can combine creativity with analytical rigor — and embrace AI marketing tools to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute multi‑channel performance marketing campaigns to generate high‑quality sales leads. Apply AI‑driven tools (e.g., Jasper, Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Synthesia) to support: SEO, keyword research, and content generation. Campaign automation and optimization. Customer segmentation and personalized messaging. Optimize conversion funnels using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics platforms. Manage website improvements and SEO projects, including AI‑assisted A/B testing. Execute email marketing and autoresponder campaigns, leveraging AI for copywriting and personalization. Produce and edit digital content (images, video, copy) using a mix of creative and AI‑assisted tools. Lead social media marketing with regular content, engagement, and community building. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics — turning data into actionable insights. Manage ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and marketing events. Collect customer feedback to inform product positioning and market opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of driving customer acquisition and ROI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Hands‑on experience with AI marketing tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and automation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams. Detail‑oriented, creative, and adaptable — passionate about leveraging AI in marketing. Prior experience in software or the electrical/energy industries is highly regarded.
