  6. Works closely with the General Manager to define company values, establish the mission, and plan short- and long-term operational goals..

  7. Plans, organizes, directs, and manages truck operations and shipment requirements to meet client needs effectively.

  8. Conducts investigations into incidents such as accidents and implements safety measures to prevent future occurrences.

  9. Implements management recommendations, including those related to cost control and standard expenses.

  10. Maintains open communication with drivers and helpers to coordinate activities aimed at improving overall company performance.

  11. Conducts monthly toolbox meetings with drivers and helpers to address safety and performance topics.

  12. Leads weekly and monthly meetings with the operations team to align on goals, resolve issues, and review performance.

  14. Truck Status

  15. Truck Maintenance
  16. Verification of Driver and Helper Expenses
  17. Guidance and Supervision of Dispatchers
