JOB SCOPE:

  • Deliver excellent Customer Service in all F&B Outlets.
  • Ensure all areas of the kitchen, kitchen stores, and back of house areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Ensure there are sufficient Stewarding Personnel on duty to keep all areas are clean and tidy throughout the day.
  • Develop effective training strategies and session plans to ensure all Stewarding Personnel are capable of performing their duties to the standard expected.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of Three (3) stewarding experience.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
