Reservations Supervisor

JOB SCOPE:

• Implements the effective tee time management procedures to ensure the availability is optimized.
• Upsell club services and packages where appropriate, enhancing the guest experience and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Enforce and communicate club policies and rules to ensure guest are well informed and experiences are consistent.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Related work experience in Customer Service, Sales and Reservation is preferred.
• Proficiency in Computer Applications, including Reservation System, MS Office, and basic math skills for handling financial transactions.
• Familiarity with Golf Course operations is preferred.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
