Production Supervisor

Position Title: Production Supervisor

**Applicants for this position must be willing to work on a stay-in work setup in a plant.

Job Summary:

1. Supervision of production team
2. Monitor the different processes in the production lines
3. Planning and monitoring of all things needed in production
4. Complying with production standards and customer specifications
5. Ensuring FIFO and quality on stocks to be used
6. Allocation of production output to specific channels
7. Making sure the production lines are working efficiently and effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate with production team regarding orders and schedules
• Focus on preparation lines to generate good product output
• Proper and efficient scheduling of workers
• Proper planning of raw materials, follow lead time of stocks
• Monitoring of product movement and allocation of output
• Communicate with head and other team members regarding interdepartmental needs
• Ensure enough materials and good working equipment during operations
• Cooperate with QA for the alignment of customer specifications and standards
• Supervise and spearhead decision making of the whole production operations
• Attend trainings and create innovative projects
• Think of ways to eliminate wastes and have efficient production lines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

• A graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related degree
• With at least 1 year of work experience in a food manufacturing company
• Interpersonal and people management skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Can work with less supervision
• Work requires flexible schedule (can duty either morning and night shift)
• With sense of honesty and accountability
• Can do multitasking
• With good counting and computation skills
• With initiative
