Internal Audit Manager Qualifications

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the Internal Audit field. Preferably with a Supervisory or Managerial position specializing in Finance, Audit/Taxation, or equivalent.
  • Background in Systems Implementation/IT Audit is an advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Conduct risk assessments and create a disciplined approach for Company's Annual Audit.
  • Ensures corporate governance and compliance are met and that accounting procedures are implemented.
  • Works independently.
  • Displays a strong level of integrity.
  • With analytical skills.
  • Ability to evaluate data to make informed decisions.
  • Enjoys analyzing numbers.
  • Have great communication skills.
