Job Description:

  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  • Evaluate financial documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and compliance changes.

Qualification:

Must be a graduate of BS in Accountancy or relevant field. Being CPA is an advantage. With at least 2-3 years of meaningful experience in auditing real estate company. With good analytical skills, solid communication skills, good interpersonal skills, with ability to work under pressure and results-oriented. To be assigned at Mandaue City, Cebu. Willing to travel to Legazpi and Lucena.
