Role: Social Media Campaign Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ad Campaign Management

  2. Schedule, publish, and monitor advertisements across all company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).

  3. Ensure all campaigns comply with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  5. Track key performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI, engagement).

  6. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
  7. Identify trends and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  8. Campaign Optimization

  9. Recommend adjustments to ad targeting, scheduling, and budget allocation based on performance data.

  10. Work with marketing team to test different ad formats and platforms to improve results.
  11. Collaboration & Coordination

  12. Coordinate with content creators or designers to ensure ad creatives are ready and correctly formatted for campaigns.

  13. Liaise with the sales or e-commerce team to align campaigns with promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.
  14. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  15. Ensure all published ads comply with platform policies, company standards, and local regulations.

  16. Monitor campaigns for errors or issues and troubleshoot promptly.
  17. Market & Competitor Monitoring

  18. Keep track of competitors' campaigns and industry trends to recommend best practices for the company.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within the retail industry.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and internal dashboards).

  • Expertise in various ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Understanding of e-commerce business models and retail KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of driving ROI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
