ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or team lead role within an engineering department, with proven experience in managing teams and engineering projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects from concept to completion, with a strong record of meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Practical experience in providing engineering support to production teams, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing effective solutions to optimize workflows.
  • Proven history of implementing process improvements and establishing quality control measures to reduce defects and enhance yield.
  • Experience in setting, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success, team performance, and quality outcomes.
  • Prior experience collaborating with multiple departments, such as Quality, Production, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on engineering objectives.
  • Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa for Direct Hire.
