The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a BPO Non Voice Role to join our team at TASK AGENCIES INC' in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing high-quality customer service through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
  2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively
  3. Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  4. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
  5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent written and verbal skills in English
  3. Proficient in using various software and technology to support customer service activities
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  6. Relevant experience in a customer service or BPO environment is preferred
