Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and refine product formulations, prototypes, and packaging aligned with consumer trends, regulations, and company goals.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, lead pilot testing, and validate product performance.
  • Explore new ingredients, technologies, and market trends to drive product and packaging innovation
  • Ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance through testing, assessments, and reviews.
  • Maintain accurate technical records, reports, and regulatory documentation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to align on project requirements and updates.
  • Act as technical lead on assigned projects in packaging, process, and product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • With at least 4 years minimum experience in product/packaging development, or similar R&D roles in the food, beverage, or FMCG industry
  • Advanced knowledge of product development processes, ingredient functionalities and process optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge with laboratory and pilot-scale testing.
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools; experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Developed communication skills, both oral and written, to exchange valuable information even outside of the department
