Job Responsibilities:Assists the operations head in the implementation of company policies and coordinates with the company officers. Reports any violations of such. Provides daily security advisories to the operations officers and security head.

Assists the investigator in gathering evidence and witnesses in the event of an unusual incident. Liaises with LGU and PNP unit in case of fire, disorder, and burglary. Conducts site inspections to ensure security and safety of the entire premises.

Conducts audits to ensure the operational preparedness of the respective plantilla. Responsible for the discipline and work performance of all security guards posted in AOR. Initiates evaluation and issues disciplinary action for any misdemeanor.

Informs the operations officer, PE/SE of any incident/accident that occurs in AOR involving security and safety. Conducts initial investigations, prepares, and submits reports for such. Maintains and submits weekly activity reports, weekly activity plans, and incident reports (spot, progress, and final report).

Performs other tasks that the company officers may direct. Job Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or equivalent courses;Relevant working experience specializing in security services is REQUIRED;Knowledge in developing and enforcing security rules and policies;Can handle monitoring and supervision of sites' security guards and operations;Accepts on-call duties to respond to security incidents on sites;Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets;With driver's license and knows how to drive light vehicles or motorcycles;Process improvement-oriented and results-driven;Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity;Available for two (2) slots. Work Arrangement:Willing to conduct daily site visitation in Laguna and Cavite (Ortigas Office from time to time);Self-drive vehicle will be provided;6-days work week.
