Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, providing timely updates on delivery status, schedules, and any service changes.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Coordination with Dispatch

  • Relay accurate client requirements to the dispatch team.

  • Update client's delivery instructions to the monitoring tool
  • Monitor delivery status to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate changes in schedules, routes, or delivery requirements as needed.

  • Service Quality & Problem Resolution

  • Address customer complaints and service issues, escalating to management when necessary.

  • Follow up to ensure resolutions meet client expectations.
  • Track and report recurring service issues for process improvement.

  • Record Update, Documentation & Reporting

  • Encode client's gate pass information to the system.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service agreements, and delivery status.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback, service performance, and account activity.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and service agreements when required.
