Job Title: Accounting and Admin Officer

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist in the preparation, review, and monitoring of financial statements, invoices, and payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and all applicable government regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support day-to-day accounting and administrative requirements.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as document filing, record keeping, and office coordination to maintain efficient business operations.
  • Provide assistance in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting when necessary.
  • Handle communication with external partners, suppliers, and government agencies related to accounting and administrative matters.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and reliable work attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
