LIFEBANK A RURAL BANK' is seeking a talented and driven Marketing and Communication Officer to join our team in our Santa Barbara Iloilo office. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in shaping the marketing and communication strategies that drive the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to promote LIFEBANK A RURAL BANK's products and services Crafting engaging content for our website, social media channels, and other digital platforms Collaborating with the sales team to create effective marketing materials and support lead generation efforts Analysing marketing performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies Maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our marketing approach remains competitive Coordinating with external partners, such as advertising agencies, to deliver integrated marketing solutions Contributing to the overall marketing and communication strategy for the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or communication role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and web analytics A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
