Pharmacy Assistant

About the Role

AllHealth Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and dependable Pharmacy Assistant to be part of our team. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant work experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support pharmacists in daily operations, ensure efficient dispensing of medications, and provide excellent customer service to our community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist pharmacists in preparing, dispensing, and labeling medications.

• Deliver accurate and professional customer service to patients and customers.

• Handle point-of-sale transactions (cashiering, POS operation) efficiently.

• Monitor, organize, and manage inventory of medicines and supplies.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers when appropriate.

• Support pharmacists in administrative and operational tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of BS Pharmacy (board exam passer or non-passer).

• At least 2 years of work experience as a pharmacy assistant or in a related role.

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and customer service practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Santa Barbara 5002 P06: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
