Are you an experienced HR professional ready to step into a leadership role where you can truly make an impact? IT By Design Philippines is looking for a Human Resources Lead — someone who can balance strategy with hands-on execution, inspire a team, and drive meaningful people initiatives that shape our workplace culture.

In this role, you'll lead our HR & Admin operations in the Philippines while working closely with our global teams in the US and India. You'll be at the forefront of building engagement, ensuring compliance, and fostering a people-first environment where everyone can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor the local HR & Admin team while staying hands-on with daily HR operations.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, compliance, and government reporting with accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with global HR teams to align and roll out company-wide programs and initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance through creative HR strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on all HR and people-related matters.
  • Review and improve HR policies, processes, and handbooks to reflect best practices.
  • Support talent management, performance reviews, and leadership development programs.
  • Oversee admin operations, vendor relationships, and facilities to ensure a great work environment.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within IT or tech industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR systems like Sprout, BambooHR, or DarwinBox.
  • Proven experience handling end-to-end HR and Admin functions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with global or cross-regional teams.
