About the role

DL Public Relations' is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team in Pasay City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your strategic contribution will be crucial in upholding the company's commitment to ethical and lawful business practices.

What you'll be doing

  1. Monitoring and interpreting changes in government regulations and industry standards relevant to the organisation
  2. Developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and training programs to educate employees
  3. Conducting risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues
  4. Serving as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and concerns
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance requirements
  6. Reporting on the organisation's compliance status and recommending corrective actions as needed
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the government and defence industry
  2. Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the organisation
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
  5. Proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs and training materials
  6. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  7. Degree in Law, Business, or a related field is preferred
