We are looking for a Junior Accounting Associate who will:

  1. To review and reconcile sales and collections from company-owned branches, and its relative remittance to Head Office.
  2. To record and ensure completeness of balances of accounts in the Head Office, for all transactions related to company-owned branches.
  3. To ensure proper procedures are done in the company-owned branches, and to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  4. Conduct branch financial procedures compliance audit.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and reconciliation of Sales and Collections

• Review of transactions and payments of customers

• Conduct periodic audit and inventory count in company-owned branches

• Ensure variances and non-compliant incidents are reported timely and properly remediated and that proper controls are instituted to avoid recurrence of same incidents.

• Recording of company-owned branches' transactions to Head Office Accounting System

• Conduct month-end closing and reports for Intercompany Accounts of Company-owned branches and Head Office

• Checking of reports from company-owned branches

• Help resolve issues in company-owned branches

Qualifications:


• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.

• 1-3 years relevant work experience at same level and industry

• Knowledgeable in Reconciling sales and payments of customers

• Knowledgeable of general accounting principles and BIR regulations.

• Knowledgeable on use of relevant accounting software (e.g., SAP Business One)

• Proficient in MS Office application

• Willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City.

• Familiarity in SAP is a plus.
