Hiring for Production Manager.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our precision engineering manufacturing facility. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products, optimizing production workflows, managing the production team, and meeting customer demands. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in manufacturing processes, quality control, and team management, along with a strong commitment to maintaining safety and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate, or Professional Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a production manager or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision engineering.
  • Strong experience in managing production teams and implementing production strategies to drive results and secure commitment from team members.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Value Stream Mapping is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize production processes for greater efficiency and reduced costs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, energetic, and dynamic attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and MS Office.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75, Php90,000.00 per month
