Job Description:

  1. Support management goals & company objectives.

  2. Set monthly and yearly basis of Department objectives and its implementation.

  3. Disseminate job functions and activities to Team members.

  4. In-charge to set work plans & implement to reach Department goals ang targets.

  5. Periodically review the performance of Team members and their objectives.

  6. Responsible to set improvements, trainings and programs to team members and set team skill's improvements.

  7. Oversee daily operations of the Production line, ensuring efficient processes.

  8. Responsible in managing production schedules, forecasting and resource allocation.

  9. Coordinate effectively with Logistics & Quality for timely delivery.

  10. Implement strategies to increase productivity and meet production targets.

  11. Directs & controls the activities in his areas to ensure the smooth flow of production operations.

Minimum Job Qualification:

  1. Graduate of Engineering or any related course

  2. Male or Female

  3. Have at least 5-7 years of working experience in Manufacturing Field

  4. Can support Company's objectives and targets in related to production Matters.

  5. Can start ASAP
