Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote Store Monitoring:

  • Regularly monitor assigned stores through CCTV to check compliance with store layout, display, signage, and cleanliness standards.

  • Compliance Checks:

  • Ensure stores follow the Head Office's SOPs and guidelines for retail standards.

  • Identify issues such as cluttered aisles, outdated signage, improper product placement, or untidy areas.

  • Reporting:

  • Document findings and prepare compliance reports with supporting screenshots or recordings when needed.

  • Escalate recurring issues or non-compliance to Head Office.

  • Coordination with Stores:

  • Provide feedback to store managers regarding non-compliance and follow-up on corrective actions.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Recommend process or SOP updates to improve efficiency and consistency across stores.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred but not required).


• Experience in retail operations, store auditing, compliance monitoring, or related roles is an advantage.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify non-compliance issues.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.


• Comfortable working with CCTV systems and digital monitoring tools.


• Good communication skills for providing feedback and coordination with store managers.


• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
