About the role

Trigold Bensons Development Corporation, a leading construction company in the Philippines, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and on-site personnel, playing a crucial role in supporting our growth and project delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Implementing and monitoring comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and programs to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Conducting regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards

  • Providing safety training and guidance to employees, subcontractors, and visitors to promote a strong safety culture

  • Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence

  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation related to safety performance and compliance

  • Collaborating with project teams to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of construction activities

  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and emerging safety technologies
