Hytec Power Inc. is looking for a Sales & Technical Support Coordinator (internal Job title is LLL Secretary) to provide administrative, communication, and logistics support to our Sales & Technical Department. You'll work closely with managers and engineers to keep schedules, documents, and projects organized.
What You'll Do:
- Manage schedules, reports, and department records
- Handle communications and relay client inquiries
- Organize documents, databases, and inventory
- Coordinate logistics for trainings, demos, and events
- Support research, proposals, and technical projects
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of Business Admin, Office Management, Communication, or related field
- at least 6mos yrs experience in admin/sales support; fresh grads with relevant OJT experience very much welcome to apply
- Strong organization & multitasking skills
- Good communication and MS Office/Google Workspace skills
