About the Role:

We're looking for a mid-level GoHighLevel Project Manager to oversee project timelines, team performance, and on-time delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on GHL experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage people and processes efficiently.⸻Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, track, and manage project timelines and deliverables.

• Oversee daily operations in GoHighLevel — automations, pipelines, funnels, and workflows.

• Coordinate tasks across the team and ensure timely execution.

• Monitor KPIs and project performance, ensuring delivery quality and compliance.

• Communicate updates and progress with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Identify risks or delays early and implement corrective actions.⸻Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience managing GoHighLevel projects.

• Strong understanding of GHL automations, CRM, and integrations.

• Experience using project management tools (Basecamp, slack.).

• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
