Join a growing UK-based digital marketing agency that leverages Go High Level as their core platform for both internal operations and client services. Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php 400+

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20+ hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM GMT

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates, and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Build and configure Go High Level automations and technical setups for the agency and clients
  • Handle onboarding and setup processes for new Go High Level accounts
  • Provide ongoing management and maintenance of existing Go High Level accounts
  • Offer client support by answering questions about platform functionality and settings
  • Explain Go High Level features and configurations in clear, easy-to-understand language
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting and system optimization
  • Support the agency's internal Go High Level implementation for operational efficiency
  • Communicate with clients through structured systems like Notion or email rather than direct calls

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with Go High Level platform, including automation building
  • Strong technical skills for CRM setup and configuration
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients
  • Experience with client support or customer service
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
  • Flexibility to be available during specific hours for client queries (UK timezone preferred but not mandatory)
