JOB TITLE: DIGITAL SALES &MKTG. OFFICER

DIVISION: SALES & MARKETING

DEPARTMENT: MARKETING

PURPOSE OF JOB: This position was created to support sales and marketing team by posting promotional materials in different social platforms, catering to sales leads through online, screening ofpotential inqueries, tracking of potential inqueries, and reporting inqueries conversion to sales; sometimes handling concerns raised through online.

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURE


• Timeliness of product launch


• Market share or ROI/sales target


• Number of postings


• Number of followers, likes


• Screening of inqueries to potential sales lead.


• Number of new clients through online


• Accuracy of data in the reports or data processes.


• Compliance to sales process/system.

TARGET

Launching of products and its sales target with ROI.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily


• Handles marketing activities through online and

social platoforms.


• Posting of products and advertisment as

approved by SMM.


• Handling client inqueries through online and

social platforms.


• Answers phone inquiries and customer feedback.

Every Month


• Monitor and present inqueries conversion to sales.


• Present sales drivin by online and social platforms.


• Maintains customer data base.

Occasional


• Manning of tradeshow online.


• Sourcing of new social platform.

ENTRY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

Education: Preferably a graduate of 4 year Business or Administrative course

Work Experience: Marketing related like brand mktg, PR and Digital Marketing

Skills: Verbal and written communication skills.

Training: Customer service, computer, business writing

Personality Traits: Hardworking, Focus, detailed oriented, creative

Willing to work at Novaliches, Quezon City
