About the role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, where you'll be responsible for driving digital sales and marketing strategies to help grow our cosmetics brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Manage and optimize the company's online sales channels, including website, e-commerce platforms, and social media
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and target audience insights
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company's strategies remain innovative and effective

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing digital marketing campaigns and driving measurable results
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine optimization, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and act on insights
  • Proficient in using marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the cosmetics industry or a passion for the beauty and wellness sector
