Be part of our client's team as an Embroidery Proofing Specialist, where you will create accurate embroidery mockups for apparel, ensure precision in sizing and placement, and deliver high-quality proofs that meet client expectations while supporting smooth production operations.

What You'll Bring

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven background in graphic design, artwork rendering, or apparel proofing
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW)
• Familiarity with embroidery processes, stitch types, and thread color matching (advantage)
• Experience using embroidery visualization tools (e.g., Wilcom, Hatch, Pulse) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot design errors
• Strong English communication skills

How You'll Contribute

• Create accurate mockups of embroidery designs on apparel items (shirts, caps, jackets, etc.) for client approval, including garment images on orders to provide customers with a clear visual of expected decoration
• Ensure correct placement, sizing, and alignment of designs on garment templates
• Render proofs that simulate thread colors and stitch effects to set clear client expectations
• Match design specifications, colors, and placement based on client requirements
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure approved proofs align with actual embroidery output
• Meet required turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy
• Submit art files to the current digitizer for orders that require digitizing, or evaluate the quality of local digitizing sources if available
