Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plans, implements and maintains the Employee Engagement initiatives of the Firm.
  • Coordinates with Vendors, Suppliers, Finance and Purchasing / Admin. Team for potential company promotional items for Employee Engagement projects within a given budget.
  • Gathers feedback obtained through post event surveys and analyze / provide a plus-delta debrief of the project.
  • Ensures employee engagement program effectiveness.
  • Ensures Corporate Social Responsibility programs are deployed.
  • Communicates the Perks Partnership Program of the Firm.
  • Assists in allocating the Employee Engagement budget across the activities and events to be implemented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or other related fields.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and meticulous.
  • Creative, out of the box thinker.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and tasks efficiently;
  • Resourcefulness and initiative to get tasks done;
  • Ability to work well across many teams;
  • Very strict attention to details;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
