We are recruiting for an Associate Experience Designer who will be part of our Experience & Service Design Team. The role supports the Experience & Service Design Team with the delivery of innovative design solutions and great user experience to meet the business needs and objectives.

What will you do in this role?
Working under the supervision of the Experience Team lead in the Manila, you will:
- Design engaging, original, functional and consistent solutions that align to the design strategy and enhance our products
- Create a series of UI assets and UX artefacts, ranging from rough sketches to pixel-perfect clickable prototypes. Test. Iterate.
- Contribute to information architecture refinement, be involved in interaction design, measure and optimise solutions to improve usability, take over prototyping and testing and create the best user experience for our customers
- Liaise with stakeholders and comfortably act as the voice of the user, while balancing between user needs and business requirements
- Design experiences and assets for various channels including websites, apps, social media, email and more
- Assist the team by refining and evolving processes and products for a variety of outputs and contribute to the team's development by bringing new ideas and solutions to the table

In addition, experience, knowledge or expertise in the following would give you an advantage:
- UX & UI Design Expertise: Experienced in designing responsive, cross-platform user interfaces for both in-house and agency projects, with strong end-to-end UX design skills.
- Creativity & Project Ownership: Highly creative and capable of managing projects from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring design quality and user focus throughout the process.
- Design Tools & Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Figma, Miro, Maze, and Jira, with a good understanding of front-end development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Research & Data Analysis: Strong appreciation and practice of UX research, with some analytical skills and the ability to interpret and apply data insights effectively.
- Collaboration & Work Ethic: A supportive team player who values open communication, is willing to ask for or offer help, and maintains excellent time management and presentation skills.
- Portfolio & Design Process: Backed by an impressive portfolio showcasing a clear and thoughtful design process from research to execution.
