Job Title: Front Line Café Staff

Location: Warabimochi Kamakura, SM Aura

Reports To: Cafe Manager

Job Summary: Warabimochi Kamakura is a café renowned for its authentic and delectable warabimochi, a traditional Japanese dessert. We pride ourselves on delivering a unique experience that highlights the beauty of Japanese culture and flavors. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Front Line Staff. In this role, you will assist with food preparation, drink crafting, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A background in barista or drink preparation is highly preferred, as you will play a key role in delivering quality beverages and meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Create and serve a variety of drinks, including specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage preparation areas.
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and ovens.
  • Assist customers with menu choices, take orders accurately, and handle cash/card transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Restock inventory and supplies as needed, monitoring usage to avoid shortages.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow during busy periods.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food preparation, barista work, or drink-making (highly preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices and handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • No color blindness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php795.00 per day
