The Role

We are looking for professional, passionate, and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses and Hostess to join our opening team. As part of our front-of-house, you will represent Singular's hospitality philosophy: attentive yet discreet, knowledgeable yet approachable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service in line with fine dining standards.
• Guide guests through the tasting menu, offering recommendations on wine and beverage pairings.
• Ensure seamless table service, including food delivery, clearing, and resetting.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize the dining experience.
• Support pre-service setup, daily briefings, and post-service duties.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in the dining room.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a smooth, coordinated service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Passion for food, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
