Ensures that a company adheres to ethical standards, legal requirements, and best practices in governance. The position typically involves working closely with the board of directors, senior management, and other stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and compliance within the organization. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITESDevelop and implement governance policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as corporate laws and internal governance codes.

Establish internal controls and risk management frameworks to manage potential governance risks. Monitor the company's strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risk exposures. Advise the board on matters such as corporate governance principles, regulatory compliance, and directors' duties.

Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for the board and its committees, and perform other corporate housekeeping duties. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Management/Legal Management or another related fields

With at least 2 years' experience in corporate governance and compliance

With working knowledge in audit, internal control, and/or risk management

Policy writing skills is a plus
