Job Description

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, models, and frameworks that support analytics, reporting, governance, and automation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable data systems that drive strategic decisions.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong experience with SQL and relational database systems.
  • Hands-on experience building data pipelines in cloud environments.
  • Experience with Python, Java, or Scala for data processing.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in mortgage, financial services, or banking.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Optimize data models and database performance for analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements.
  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance.
  • Develop data quality frameworks and monitoring systems.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data processes and architecture.
