  • This position is responsible in providing support within the assigned unit (Vessel, Special Services, or Cargo Billing) by performing various administrative tasks
  • Assists the team in ensuring that only authorized cargoes are processed, and that all required documents are obtained and validated prior to the issuance of invoice and gatepass
  • Responsible for the issuance of manual ADRs and/or initiating requests for cancellations
  • Addresses clients' basic billing concerns in a timely manner
  • Ensures that the billing assessor report is submitted to the PPA in a timely manner
  • Ensures that billing procedures and work instructions are performed accordingly
  • Supports the effective implementation of company policies, systems and procedures
  • Supports billing continuity of operations during contingencies
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate with Bachelor's degree on Banking and Finance, Financial Management or Accounting
  • Experience: No prior work experience required; knowledgeable in port operations and the industry is an advantage
  • Job Specific: Certified Public Accountant is preferred but is not required
