Production Crew

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to recipes and specific instructions to create food products.
• Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and clean various manual and electric food processing equipment, such as mixers, slicers, grinders, ovens, and other machinery.
• Production Monitoring: Oversee the production line to ensure timely and efficient output, adjusting settings as needed to maintain product consistency and quality.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications, reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.
• Packaging and Labeling: Package, label, and prepare finished food products for storage or shipping, ensuring they are correctly identified and meet company requirements.
• Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sterile work environment by regularly sanitizing equipment and workstations to uphold food safety and prevent contamination.
• Adherence to Regulations: Follow all food safety regulations, company protocols, and standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and safe production practices.
• Data Recording: Record and report on production data, such as temperatures, weights, and batch information, and share this with team members and supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
