Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy or related course
  • Required to render 600 hours of on-the-job training.

Duties & Essential Job Functions:

Disbursement

  • Process crew-related invoices (suppliers/travel) and upload to Laserfiche
  • Update travel spreadsheet (SharePoint) and verify seafarer data in CFM
  • Process agency statements, billings, and prepare payment voucher

Payroll

  • Verify documents and details of newly joined seafarers in CFM
  • Process home allotments and compile back-ups for vessel 2MDEUT and Riding Gang Crew

P&I Administration

  • Upload medical documents and close P&I medical cases in CFM

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 3 months
