About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives. In this full-time role based in Central Cebu City, Cebu, you will be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. No prior BPO experience is required - we will provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Continuously looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  6. High school diploma or equivalent
