Your Role:
A NetSuite Functional Consultant is expected to:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, gather functional requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions.

• Implementation & Configuration: Support the implementation of Oracle NetSuite solutions, including setup, configuration, and integration of modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management).

• Data Migration: Assist in the migration of legacy data into NetSuite, ensuring accurate mapping, cleansing, and validation of data.

• Training & Documentation: Provide user training sessions and create detailed documentation for end-users and system administrators.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality and error-free configurations.

• Client Interaction & Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing consultation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support during and after system implementation.

• System Optimization & Enhancements: Recommend system improvements, configurations, and process optimizations to enhance business operations and reporting capabilities.

• Project Management Support: Assist project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget, helping to monitor progress and manage client expectations.

• Stay Current with Updates: Keep up to date with NetSuite releases, updates, and new features, and guide clients on how to best utilize them.

• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues related to NetSuite applications.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure successful system implementation and process alignment.

What it takes to be part of our team:

• Relevant Tertiary qualification – IT or Business degree, or equivalent applicable work experience.

• Proven NetSuite Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, including configuration, customization, and integration across various modules (e.g., Financials, CRM, Inventory, Order Management)

• ERP Implementation Experience: Strong experience in managing or supporting NetSuite ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and go-live support.

• Client-Facing Roles: Experience in direct client interaction, including gathering business requirements, providing consultations, and offering ongoing support.

• System Testing: Proficient in conducting unit tests, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure effective solutions.

• Project Management Support: Familiarity with project management methodologies and supporting project managers to meet deadlines and manage deliverables.
