Job description:

The position provides information and support to human resource activities particularly in mandated benefits, attendance, payroll queries and other related human resource reporting.

Education and Experience:

  • BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Chemical Engineering or other related courses.
  • With at least 3-5 years working experience in the same field.
  • Knowledgeable with Pest Control (Preferably)
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Basic knowledge in GOP, GMP and HACCP, and ISO.
  • Basic knowledge in logistics and warehouse management.
  • Can assist to client/ regulatory audits.
  • SOP knowledge and implementation.

Main Position Function:

  1. Verification of QA monitoring such as:

  2. Product Temperature Monitoring (ccp1.a)

  3. Room Temperature Monitoring (ccp1.b)
  4. Product Temperature Monitoring (ccp2) withdrawal
  5. Temperature and RH Monitoring for Dry Warehouses
  6. Weekly monitoring forms (GBPC, Sanitation Checklists, Personnel Hygiene Checklist, Facility Inspection Checklist, Canteen Inspection Checklist, Pallet Washing Checklist and Chlorine Monitoring Checklist)
  7. Luminance Monitoring (annual)

  8. Thermal Mapping

  9. Conducts quality assurance inspection of incoming and outgoing cargoes if needed.

  10. Taking of van temperature

  11. Taking of product Temperature
  12. Checking of van and container condition
  13. Checking of truckers hygiene (grooming)
  14. Checking of Halal Status Verification (Halal or Halal Certifiable), Halal Validity and Halal Certified Transport Vehicles
  15. Checking of necessary documents applicable for incoming cold and dry cargoes

  16. Checking of incoming dry goods specifically for powder items and installation of pest trap for presence of Stored Product Insect (SPI)

  17. Generation and sending of QA concerns whether operational or structural concerns

  18. Coordinates QA concerns with other departments

  19. Conducts sanitation and facility inspection

  20. Assist in facility/client audit

  21. Consolidate QSS (Quality, Safety, Security) Audit concern (per building)

  22. Generation of NCR for QSS concerns exceeded in 14 days timeline.

  23. Verification of temperature from control panel (per building).

  24. Assist inquiries and request of other departments as well as clients via Email, Viber and WhatsApp.

  25. Coordination with NMIS Plant Officers for faster cargo inspection.

  26. Encoding of Daily Imported Arrivals

  27. Sending of Pork Movement, Weekly Inventory, Space Availability Monitoring, Buffalo Movement, Daily MIC/COMI Used

  28. Hold Order and Release Order Monitoring

  29. Verification of filled up QA forms, scanning and sending to client, if necessary.

  30. Generation and sending of QA reports related to products quality issue (Internal and External).

  31. Checking, filling and safekeeping of QA related documents

  32. Assist in renewing of regulatory requirements of Department of Agriculture (NMIS, BPI and BFAR) such as; HACCP, GOP and Certificate of Accreditation under DA. As well as other regulatory requirements.

  33. Review and Revision of COM QA Procedures and forms

  34. Monitoring of calibration validity of QA gadgets, digital thermometer and floor mounted weighing scales

  35. Monitoring and Verification of Pest Control Program

  36. Daily IPM reports per Building

  37. Pest Trend Reports per Building
  38. Facility Audit Reports per Building
  39. MSDS of Chemicals used for treatment
  40. Chemical usage monitoring for chemicals used for treatment
