Main Responsibilities

  • Record daily sales and expenses from TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Shopify.
  • Encode transactions in QuickBooks / Excel and maintain updated ledgers.
  • Handle supplier payments, petty cash, and reimbursement requests.
  • Prepare basic financial reports (cash flow summary, expense tracker, daily sales).
  • Reconcile e-commerce payouts, bank deposits, and inventory purchases.
  • Assist with payroll computation and filing of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR forms.
  • Support monthly closing and coordination with auditors or accountants.
  • File and organize receipts, invoices, and other supporting documents.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, payroll, and government compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and organized.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
