AU Financial Coordinator (Remote)

Background
  • One of our amazing clients is looking for someone who finds satisfaction in accuracy and thrives on keeping things organized. You'll be joining their Finance team to ensure invoices, reconciliations, and records aren't just handled — they're handled right.
About the Role
  • As Finance Coordinator, you'll support the finance function by owning data entry and admin processes that keep everything running smoothly.
  • You'll be the behind-the-scenes star who keeps the numbers balanced and the paperwork on point.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and match invoices with purchase orders and documentation.
  • Assist with supplier reconciliations, flagging and escalating discrepancies.
  • Support reporting and general finance admin tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies.
  • Provide ad-hoc data entry and admin support as needed.
