What You Will Be Doing

• Build BrainLifts: Create and evolve structured repositories of expert insights that enhance AI capabilities, guide strategic decisions, and demonstrate your domain mastery.
• Drive Product Iterations: Deliver focused, data-driven product enhancements weekly that methodically steer the product toward achieving its defined outcome metrics.
• Develop Domain Expertise: Cultivate deep, structured understanding of your specific domain to elevate decision quality, refine product outputs, and establish authoritative market presence.

What You Won't Be Doing

• Managing extended feature development cycles; we operate on weekly shipping cadences to maintain momentum and rapid learning.
• Creating exhaustive PRDs, maintaining backlogs, or specifying every UI element and edge case before development begins.
• Designing technical architecture or implementing software solutions; your focus remains on outcomes, not technical implementation.

Basic Requirements

• 4+ years in product leadership positions where you personally shaped an entire software product's vision, defined its roadmap, and improved it based on usage metrics or customer feedback (not limited to features or modules within larger products, internal tools, outsourced development, or single-customer solutions).
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise software product management, with clear understanding of how large organizations evaluate, purchase, and implement software solutions compared to consumer or SMB markets.
• Proven aptitude and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools in your daily workflow (research, analysis, synthesis, or strategy development).

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
