Job Description

  • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, maintaining accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and manage cash disbursements, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliation statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure the integrity of financial records.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  • Generate financial reports and analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all financial reports meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Work closely with department heads and senior management to align targets, validate financial assumptions, and track performance versus budget.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance team capability, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
  • Work experience as an Accountant or Accounting Officer.
  • Proficiency with accounting software such as FreshBooks or QuickBooks.
  • Strong MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
  • Experience in general ledger functions and month-end closing activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
  • Willing to be assigned at Clark, Pampanga.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
