About the Role

We're looking for a
Quality Advocate I
to join our dynamic Training & Quality team

You'll monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards. You'll provide constructive feedback, help coach engagement specialists, and support process improvements to enhance overall customer experience quality.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) for accuracy and compliance

Maintain and analyze quality performance data and reports

Calibrate and coach team members to drive quality goals

Conduct call audits and performance documentation

Partner with Training and Operations teams to support new coaches and specialists

Develop and implement quality initiatives and improvement programs

Fluent in English
(verbal and written)

Strong
analytical and documentation
skills

Excellent
time management and multitasking
ability

Team player who thrives in a
fast-paced environment

Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Previous
BPO / Contact Center QA experience
preferred
