Liaison Officer

The Liaison Officer is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate submission of government-related documents and reports. The role involves coordination with various government agencies such as PEZA, BIR, SEC, LGU, and others. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate regulatory processes efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Process Entry Permits with PEZA
Prepare, file, and follow up on PEZA documentation, including but not limited to Form 8105, 8106, and other related submissions
Ensure compliance with PEZA requirements for new entries, expansions, or changes in company operations
Secures expatriate employment requirements with PEZA for foreign employees
Government Report Submission
Facilitate leg work on the submission of hard copy reports to BIR, PEZA, SEC, LGU and other regulatory bodies as needed based on business
Process permits, clearances, and other local business-related documents
Liaison Duties
Personally visit government offices to follow up on applications, secure approvals, or clarify requirements
Coordinate with internal departments for document gathering and compliance matters
Maintain updated knowledge on government regulations and reporting schedules
Qualifications:
At least college level in any course (Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields preferred)
Honest, diligent, and trustworthy
strong sense of responsibility
possesses adequate communication and interpersonal skills
Own a motor vehicle for ease of transport to various government offices is highly desirable
Basic knowledge of government processes and documentary requirements is an advantage
