General Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Technology Solutions Department and oversee the three functional divisions.
  • Lead the development and execution of the company's digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, innovation projects, and enterprise-wide technology modernization.
  • Manage technology operations, cybersecurity posture, infrastructure performance, and internal system development projects.
  • Oversee resource planning, vendor management, technology budgeting, and project prioritization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across the department.
  • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on technology opportunities and risks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • At least 7–10 years of progressive experience in IT management, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership.
  • Strong background in systems development, IT infrastructure, and digital project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, strategic planning, and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, automation, and AI applications is preferred.
