Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting professional to lead the financial management of our group of companies, comprising AC Prime Holdings Asia, Inc. as the mother company, Aljay Bio-Sciences, Inc. and Aljay Agro-Industrial Solutions, Inc. As Finance and Accounting Head, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving business growth for the whole conglomerate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies and procedures for the group
• Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for AC Prime Holdings and its affiliates
• Oversee financial reporting, analysis and compliance with regulatory requirements (SEC, BIR, etc.)
• Lead financial risk management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing mitigation strategies
• Supervise accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger management
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including financial statements and management reports
• Collaborate with management team to drive business growth, optimize profitability and improve efficiency
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors and other external stakeholders
• Develop and implement internal controls, ensuring government compliance, audit requirements and company policies

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification.
• Experience: At least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles, preferably in a group of companies or conglomerate. Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards Philippine Financial Reporting Standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to drive business growth, optimize profitability and improve efficiency.
• Skills: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Familiarity with financial software (Excel, financial modeling, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Experience in managing audit processes and implementing audit recommendations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
