Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect Head (IV), located in Makati. The Architect Head (IV) will be responsible for overseeing architectural design projects, managing project timelines, coordinating with various teams for project integration, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. The role also involves leading a team of architects, monitoring the development of architectural designs, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and client requirements.

  • Architecture and Architectural Design skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Software Development and Integration skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Professional licensure in architecture
  • Experience in handling large-scale construction projects is a plus
  • Must be a licensed Architect
  • with at least 10yrs working experience in construction or related field
